The Ovation ED-190WW ellipsoidal features built-in power supply technology that allows the light to run off traditional dimming and DMX fixtures interchangeably, so they can work with dimmable incandescent fixtures already in the rig. By blending LED and incandescent dimming, the product allows energy-efficient fixtures to be added unit by unit to existing lighting systems. The fixture works with SCR, IGTB, rheostat, and thyristor dimmers; each fixture has a built-in auto-sensor that determines which type of power the unit is receiving and instantly adjusts without requiring any action on the end user’s part. The light uses one, two, or three channels of DMX for control with three- and five-pin XLR data connectors and Neutrik® powerCON® In and Thru for power input. Its 19 10W WW LEDs produce a color temperature of 3,076K.
