The 2018 Olympic Games in PyeongChang, South Korea were officially kicked off with a grand Opening Ceremony, featuring executive creative direction by Song Seung-whan, working with creative director Yang Jung Ung. Kim Sang-taek designed the production with artistic direction by Park Dong-woo and scenography by Lim Chung-il. Artistic director of video art Mok Jin-yo handled the projection mapping, collaborating with video creative director Kim Kyo-seong. Koo Yun-young designed the lighting, and Kwon Do-kyung designed the sound.
