RapcoHorizon Rocks Out with Seether

JACKSON, MO, AUGUST 30, 2017 - RHC announces South African rock band Seether as its latest endorsing artist. Michael Lowe, monitoring engineer and stage manager for Seether, has trusted RapcoHorizon and a range of its products for the last decade. It was an easy decision recommending the company's customizable cabling solutions when he started working with the band in 2017. Seether uses several of the company's solutions including its RoadHog microphone and instrument cables, Concert Series speaker cables, ProCo Sound's Duracat Cat6 cables, RoadMASTER Drop Snakes as well as various RapcoHorizon custom looms.

"RapcoHorizon's products are designed to make it easy for set-up and break down," says Lowe. "Everything stays wired and is compact, which is ideal when you're always on the move. The company's products are built well and can handle the rigors of the road. We are in a different place almost every day, so it's important that we can rely on the cables for a hassle-free set up. Knowing that anyone can set them up also keeps us moving efficiently pre-show."

The band is using the company's products for their current North American tour, as well as during rehearsals and for music videos. Seether also utilizes RapcoHorizon's custom mini controllers and instrument cables in its studio. "What I love about these cables is their sturdiness, strength and design," says Shaun Morgan, guitarist for Seether. "RapcoHorizon cables may not make my hair cool or my clothes radical, but I can be sitting in my apartment, plugged into my guitar and recording ideas with a pure crisp signal. With RHC, I know my tone will always sound great!"

Lowe credits RapcoHorizon with making his job easier and more enjoyable. "I appreciate working with Lucas McCulley and the customer service team because they are always on top of things, open to new ideas and always have suggestions when we need help while out on the road. It's definitely not a one-way relationship, which keeps us coming back."

Darius Seabaugh, vice president of marketing for RHC, is equally excited about the new partnership with Seether and Lowe. "They use many of our cabling products and we are very happy to have them on board."

Seether is an alternative rock band founded in 1999 in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. Disclaimer is their original album and major label debut. The band gained mainstream popularity in 2002 with its US Active Rock number one single "Fine Again," and their success was sustained in 2004 with the single "Broken," which peaked at number 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. They are currently on tour throughout North America. For more information or tickets, visit www.seether.com.
