So Many Ways to Gain Access TO Current and Future Designers!
With professional-level training by top visual and sound designers, the Live Design Master Classes, to be held May 16-22 at NYU and the XL LED Lab in Manhattan, are must-attend events for lighting, projection, and sound designers specializing in theatre. This unique, boutique event allows you —as a sponsor—the chance to spend quality time with both Broadway’s biggest designers as well as students, up-and-coming designers, and established artisans from around the world looking to gain a fresh perspective on their craft.
There are numerous sponsorship opportunities available for the 2008 Live Design Master Classes:
Corporate sponsors to the BLMC and BSMC receive a tabletop exhibit at a special Manufacturers Showcase during the classes and will be recognized in print, online, and in displays throughout event, plus have the opportunity to speak about their products to a captive audience, similar to the New Technology Breakfasts at LDI. Plus a ticket to a Broadway show with a Q&A in the theatre following the show.
Corporate sponsors to the Projection Master Classes will be recognized in print, online, and in displays throughout event, plus have the opportunity to speak about their products and present a brief product demo to a captive audience, similar to the New Technology Breakfasts at LDI.
Platinum Sponsors receive all that, plus the opportunity to mentor two up and coming designers to the event, additional branding throughout the event, and the exclusive sponsorship of a cocktail reception or luncheon. (Limited Availability)
Mentoring sponsorships allow you to underwrite young designers’ attendance at the event, gaining loyalty at an early age.
