Santa Monica, Calif. — Capping a full day of Hi-Resolution Audio informational sessions presented during CE Week by DEG: The Digital Entertainment Group at NYC’s Metropolitan Pavilion, Battery Studios hosted a rooftop reception followed by Hi-Res listening sessions in its three mastering suites. A highlight of the evening affair, which celebrated Sony Music Legacy Recordings' 25th anniversary, was the presentation of a certificate of merit by The Recording Academy® Producers & Engineers Wing® to Sony Music Legacy, acknowledging its dedication to excellence in audio and the art of recording.

The certificate read:

To acknowledge its dedication to excellence in sound quality and the art and craft of recording, producing and archiving thousands of digitally remastered titles, across every musical genre, on a continuing basis for more than 25 years.
