On June 1st, Becky Koester will officially begin in her new role as general manager for High End Systems. Earlier this year, ETC acquired High End Systems from Barco Lighting Systems, Inc. and has been working diligently to build support for the team in the Austin, TX based headquarters.
“Koester was a supporter of the acquisition by ETC throughout the process,” says Dick Titus, President of ETC. “She brings with her a deep understanding of the culture that made High End a market leader and will be instrumental in blending the cultures of ETC and High End Systems.”
Koester joined High End in 1991 and worked with the founding partners in building the HES brand and employee culture. Most recently, she worked for Barco, Inc. as Human Resources Director for the Americas. In her new role, Koester will provide local direction, senior leadership, and operational management, and will work with the High End and ETC teams to execute the global High End strategy.
Koester is quoted as saying, “The new partnership with ETC provides a great future for all of the employees who have dedicated their careers to High End Systems. I look forward to working with our local management team in re-establishing our HES culture, for our employees, our customer base and the industry at large.”
