Summit Steel joins Production Resource Group

New Windsor, New York—December 10, 2008—Production Resource Group LLC (PRG) announced today that it has acquired Summit Steel, a UK-based live event rigging company.

Jon Bray, managing director of Summit, will remain in his current position. Summit Steel will continue as an independent brand focused on the markets that it serves. The company is committed to delivering the highest quality rigging services and equipment to the live event industry, including its SmarTmast system. Summit will remain located at their base in Kent.
