Leading UK based professional audio and AV suppliers and 19 inch racking specialists Pro Audio Stash (PAS) has opened a new office and warehouse in Austin Texas, which is being managed by Marcus Butler.
The new office – PAS's first in the US – is part of a planned expansion strategy for the company in the US, which will offer an extensive range of innovative standard and custom products, built to the highest standards at highly competitive prices.
PAS has been steadily expanding its range of 19 inch rack range enclosures and accessories over the last two years. The new facility will allow the UK based manufacturer to offer the same quick and efficient sales and distribution service for which it is renowned ….. right there in the US.
PAS's American business has been steadily growing in recent years. Opening the office and warehouse was the next logical step to consolidate the service and ensure the excellent backup, technical support and standards associated with the brand are maintained.
New products are constantly being launched in response to customer demand, mainly from the installation sector, and the product ranges stocked in the US will be increased throughout the rest of the year to include all currently available in the UK.
Sectors to be targeted will include AV, commercial and home cinema installers.
Austin is the ideal place to be located – it has easy and accessible routes to all across North America and a rich and colourful musical heritage with lots of local support, expertise and talent on which PAS can draw.
Marcus Butler is himself a keen musician and a regular on the local Austin music scene with his alternative rock band Seaholm Electric who are actively gigging in and around the area. Marcus founded the band in 2007 and plays bass guitar.
He has worked for PAS for the last two and a half years, and moved to Austin in 1996 when working for the Time Warner Music Group.
He comments, “The new office and warehouse is a fantastic opportunity for PAS USA to expand its presence in the US and focus on the many different AV markets. I am really looking forward to the immediate future and we have already had a very positive response to the new set up”.
Butler has also been joined on the sales team by Chad Pearman, who brings more first-hand knowledge of PAS products as another working musician.
