Specifically designed for purpose they offer:
• Flame/heat retardant Nomex® is used in the glove lining, the complete back and between the fingers
• The palm and fingers have a double layer of flexible heat resisting leather which is tested and rated to 250 degrees C for up to 15 seconds (tested to En 407 Level 2)
• The gloves are stitched through out with Red Kevlar® thread to handle the high temperatures.
