Lab X Technologies Promotes Chris Pane VP of Business Development

With a continued focus on expansion and growth in the audio/video connectivity industry, Lab X Technologies has promoted Chris Pane to Vice President of Business Development. With more than a decade of embedded systems and electronic design experience, Pane now utilizes his technical training to help increase and maintain customer relationships for the company.

“Chris' move to VP of Business Development is one of the many steps Lab X is taking to build our internal infrastructure to support our consistent expansion as we design and manufacture leading IEEE 802.1 Audio Video Bridging (AVB) solutions to A/V manufacturers,” stated Lee Minich, president, Lab X. “Chris' technical background will be a great resource to current and future clients as well as our development team in the lab.”

Promoted from his position of embedded digital engineer at Lab X after nearly three years, Pane will take on an increased sales role, where he will distill technical concepts to clients ensuring their needs are properly met. He will also work to maintain and expand Lab X's presence on industry standards committees, with a role in engineering responsibilities in the Rochester, NY office.

“Taking the challenge of working with and growing Lab X with Lee and the rest of my colleagues is very exciting,” said Pane. “Lab X has seen a tremendous uptick in demand for the AVB platform solutions and working on design and sales provides an increased amount of confidence in our team and clients alike.”
