Lab X Technologies Announces AVB Development Platform For Analog Devices' Blackfin Processor

The integration of Lab X technology brings a complete AVB firmware suite to the Blackfin VDK development environment, enabling customers to take advantage of standards-based connectivity.

The arrangement offers site-based licenses of Lab X's firmware suite for the Analog Devices ADSP-BF518F processor which has provisions for Ethernet MAC hardware time stamping. The technology provides manufacturers royalty-free deployment of the IEEE standard for an unlimited amount of products.

Lab X and Analog Devices will be demonstrating their collaborative efforts at the AVnu Alliance pavilion, Hall A, Booth 383 during Infocomm.
