Deborah Jackson appointed Sales and System Engineer at Telex

Deborah Jackson has been appointed Sales and System Engineer for CCS and ACT products. Based in the UK, Jackson will complete the tech support team, covering Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA regions).

United Kingdom With the arrival of Deborah Jackson, tech support at Telex UK has gained a valuable new member to complete its team. Deborah assumed her position on August 11 and will be responsible for all tech-related issues regarding CCS (Critical Communication Systems) and ACT (Advanced Communication Technology) products. As Sales and System Engineer, she will work on the integration of products into existing systems, as well as the development and installation of new ones. Furthermore, Debbie will provide pre- and after-sales support, thus helping Telex to offer not only sales but also local assistance to customers, especially in critical communication situations.

In her previous post of Audio Systems Engineer at TSL, Deborah was responsible for systems integration. She has already worked on many different projects, including one for ProTV in Romania and Markiza TV in Bratislava. It was while installing a Cronus System for a Watan TV project in Kuwait that she got to know the Telex staff. Deborah brings to Telex a great deal of experience, not only in broadcasting and intercom systems but also in design.

Ms Jackson, who is 25, studied audio engineering at college and university and has always been fascinated by audio, developing a particular interest in intercom systems in the course of her career. With her broad experience in audio and sales, Deborah will be a valuable addition to the Telex Team.
