US rental company 4Wall Entertainment has placed a massive order for the new
Chroma-Qâ„¢ Color Forceâ„¢ LED battens range as part of a rollout plan to replace its entire existing battens inventory with the latest generation washlight technology.
With full-service locations in Las Vegas, New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles and Phoenix spanning over 130,000 combined square feet, 4Wall Entertainment supplies its huge rental inventory of leading lighting brands customers throughout North America - ranging from the biggest Las Vegas spectacular to the smallest New York Theatre.
Having earned a reputation for providing top quality entertainment backed by the highest levels of servicing and technical support, 4Wall Entertainment wanted to take advantage of the very latest performance advances in LED lighting technology to service the needs of its designers and client base.
After being impressed by the new Chroma-Q Color Force LED battens range at USITT, 4Wall Entertainment arranged a series of in-house demos for key sales, rental and technical staff. The company also conducted in-depth comparisons over several months with other LED battens through the designers eye and on camera to evaluate each fixture's blending, intensity, dimming, color palette and CRI.
After the very exhaustive technical study, 4Wall Entertainment chose the Color Force battens range due to its overall performance, serviceability and pricing, backed up by the Chroma-Q brand's established reputation and credibility.
The Color Force units were supplied by Chroma-Q exclusive North American distributor, A.C. Lighting Inc.
4Wall Entertainment CEO, Michael Cannon commented: “After a great deal of research we concluded that Color Force LED fixtures were the right choice for 4Wall. They have a smooth, uniform wash to go along with theatrical grade dimming. We feel they are the perfect addition to our rental inventory.”
Manufactured in North America and part of the new generation of Chroma-Q LED models, the Color Force range of super bright 12,000 lumens (6ft) and 8,000 lumens (4ft) LED battens provide an extremely smooth, uniform coverage for washing areas up to 26ft high. The units also offer a huge RGBA full color palette capable of deep cold blues and red hot lava looks in a single fixture, a high CRI of 92, independently controlled cells and theatrical grade dimming in a rugged, easy to deploy design.
