PLASA Focus will be held 12-13 November at the Stamford Marriott in Stamford, Connecticut, only 40 minutes from New York City and serving the New York/Tri-state area. Jim’s session will take a running leap through the last 75 years or so of Lighting Design technology, from its birth with paper and pencil through the ability to previsualize your entire lighting design with the touch of a finger - what Jim considers "the adolescence” of lighting design technology. This hour-long incursion will take the audience along the child life cycle that is technology for designing and visualizing light. Jim has a few surprises planned, so be sure to sign up.
