Gary Goddard, creator of many of the most successful and popular attractions in the world, will speak about “The State of the International Theme Park Industry” during two upcoming Asian Theme Park events.
At the 3rd Annual China Themed Attractions Summit, Goddard will speak on July 10 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, in Shanghai. At the Asian IAAPA Conference, Goddard’s presentation will take place on July 13 at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center in a specially designated seminar area on the trade show floor
Goddard Entertainment has designed, created, and produced many of the themed entertainment locations and experiences located throughout Asia. Presently, the company is working on three such major projects, Crossroads of the World for Grand Indonesia in Jakarta; a Traveling Adventure Park show in China; and the Macau Resort Casino in Macau.
Using examples from projects as diverse as Goddard’s newly opened Georgia Aquarium the biggest aquarium in the world, to the Hershey’s Times Square retail store, to the Terminator 2/3D show and the Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man ride, Goddard will also discuss his upcoming attractions that include The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, among others. Goddard will speak to what it takes to develop a solid attraction, and about the importance of knowing the audience.
